Mike, yes I can do the overhead squat but feel uncomfortable. I feel better with a grip almost to the inside sleeve. I think that is too wide for this 5'9" medium arm length but anything closer is just cannot do the overhead squat. Flexibility must be an issue I guess. My goal is to have good technique and to at least be able to perform the lift correctly and not so much the poundage. That will come later.
