this morning he's doing clean and jerks
this morning i did squats, rows, and bench presses
this could end up like rocky and adrian...we fill gaps
(paulie didn't like that remark, tho')

funny thing about the bench presses...before starting i was fiddling with the grip and finally said screw it...i did them with a hook grip...that is what was most comfortable
