In Response To: Training day Mr. Rinaldi (Scott Tusic)

it's a matter a preference
i prefer singles even if they are more of less rest pause singles done rather quickly, but the timing of the reps is entirely optional...reps can help get you deeper under the weight with each sucessive one also, tho...but i like taking a little time between them to assess, set-up, and try to make the next one nicer...it is a good thing to work up to and then stick with a certain weight and try to make each successive one nicer....go for quality reps

i was just thinking of you hillbilly scott...i just had breakfast and read the paper while eating...there was an article about a guy who lives a few miles from here who was arrested and released for breaking a rake over the back of his 3 month old pitbull puppy because the dog was eating holiday wrapping paper out of the garbage...the dog was taken from him and is being treated for a broken leg...the paper is great..it gives the guy's name, age, and where he lives...would you like to go pay him a visit and break His legs??
