i cant remember anyone ever powercleaning at joe's. you went there to learn how to lift, and drilled the lifts under his scrutiny. many singles, or sets of up to 5 in hang cleans or snatches, or a clean and 5 jerks would do the trick. either yu learned how to sqaut under by the 5th one, or you missed. no haul jobs. -g
