When Serge was in Montclair NJ (see picture below), we asked him about his squat. He said he did 350 x 3. When we asked what style, he showed us, high bar/full bottom. He said he tried the power style low bar/breaking paralell and he said he did 450 EASY, FOR 3!

I believe Mel's clame.
