i hate to brag about my own son, but got to tell you that casey and natalie just left to go back to colorado springs. we had a great visit with them and many good training sessions!!! talk about quality people (my wife says casey takes after her) and i am sure kirk woolfolk will say nat takes after him!!!! go figure!!! at any rate....what a great xmas and new year mikes gym and team so calif. had with these two quality people's visit. a tad sad about them not being here all the time!! very proud of these 2 kids.
