Not too shabby!When you remember that the world record snatch was 331, ( +/-), and Bob hauled this 310 up on both his second and third attempts, it is pretty good. He opened with 380 in the c&j and then cleaned 400 twice but missed the jerks...the world record c&j was 420lbs, so again, pretty good lifting!

No coaching, metal plates, no scientific training...just great lifting from a determined guy weighing 180lbs.
