I do NOT think so (but I have been wrong - my wife assures me very often)
I came across this pic saying it was an "early pic" of Rigert.

it looks kinda like him , but also kinda not.

I doubt it mainly due to plates Elekio did not make bumpers like this until way after 74 .. so it could not be a "young rigert" ..
plus I have never seen him in uniform like this ...

who is the lifter here ?
