Cool...just think of Melanie Roach, Maegan Snodgrass, to name a couple... Remember Mel did dbl body weight in the clean and jerk ...the potential is there, in my opinion.

Back when I was coaching gymnastics I received a magazine called Technique that was for coaches. I remember reading an article about the force (I may be using the wrong word; I'm not a kinesiologist.) a gymnast uses or puts on their body when tumbling. It was compounded in some way for some reason. In anycase, the result is that gymnasts have a lot of power. I guess I'll have to look it up because that's all I can remember!

In the mean time I'd like to recomend these excercizes for the new year (just for fun): ;-)
