USAWProposals for 2007

Here are my predictions for USAW new rules for 2007

1) each lifter will need to weigh in fully clothes with shoes judges should not have to look at nude people and shoes will prevent the spread of foot fungus.

2) each lifter must show up for every weigh-in..incase there are not enough lifters in the next flights.

3) C/J will be done first.

4) USAW membership feees youth $50. JR $60. senior $75. masters $150.

5) USAW magazine $50. for a one year subcription...magazines are 1 every 18 months.

6) The BOD/BOG will merge to form the B.S. ed Group and be allowed to change any USAW rule book rule at any tech meet just for that particular meet.

7) every lifter shall at the beginning of lifting and at the completion of lifting weigh-in...at any time a judge can request to weigh an athlete...if that athlete does not weigh within the specified weight class they are disqualified from their competition and asked to pay a $1000. fee for consuming nutrition during a meet......the lifter will be asked to go to the nearest bucket/garbage can and deposit their ingested nutrition....any lifter refusing to do so will imediately recieve a 1 year bann from any gym.......if that lifter is caught in any gym or at any meet as a spectator or friend of any other lifters they will recieve a 5 year ban and be asked to turn in their USAW weightlifting Card, shoes singlets and belts regardless of who paod for them......IF under further scrutiny the lifter is found to have thought about or read any materials about weight lifting while under their 5 year ban the lifter will recieve a lifetime Ban that unfortunately is non-apealable.

I just realized why BOD/BOG comes up with these new rules.....
to keep any competition for their lifters from attending any meets....It is good to have the rules cometitee in your pocket...keeps their lifters on national teams.............
