A little background about Wisconsin Strength training for football...

I am a High School coach here in Chicago and have sent two football players to wisconsin in the past 6 years. Both have come back with workouts that PROMOTE below parallel squatting and olympic lifts. In fact both players showed up with OLYMPIC WIEGHTLIFTING SHOES!!!! They said that the school bought pairs so shoes for them to wear when they lifted...just like practice football shoes or game shoes. They knew that the shoes (Addias-can;t remember the type) were olympic weightlifing shoes because I wore the same kind of shoes when I worked out. But both players said that most all of the rest of the team thought they were just workout shoes that the school got for them.

Based on my experience with wisconsin strenght training the video posted does not suprise me.
