I appreciate your post and your knowledge on the subject. I was wondering why I never had problems with this movement and it was a very strong movement for me? I have always had good flexibilty and strength in that position. I used to do these with 275 pounds when i was doing football training and they always seemed to help. Your views on shoulder flexibilty, bar height and hand position etc.. Tim
