I personally spoke to 2 Jury members and asked "If the judges ahd passed the lift, would the Jury have reversed it for dropping the bar?"

BOTH answered they had turned it down for lockout BEFORE he released the bar!

BUT, by the same token an Athlete that was suspended earlier this year for his attitude (Ask a BOD member, it wasn't for throwing the bar), misses the introduction (to the point that a couple of the Jury Members "Lectured" him before the lifting started), isn't going to get an inch of the benefit of a doubt from those that had the power to make/reverse the call.

Along the same line, did Derrick's "War Paint" offend the Jury enough that they reversed the call on his snatch? Would the call have gone the same way if he was more traditional?
