Houston Heavy weights

I just got back from Alabama and I just wanted to congraduate Josh Moreau, Jason Starks and Cameron Swart for their performance at the American Open! Josh is finally injury free and put up some good numbers (163 & 203). Jason was is making steady improvement and was close with 184 c and jerk. We want 150 and 190 by Nationals. Cameron Swart after only 3 days of training from high school football, did 140 (very very close with 145) and on his cl and jerk with 177 he did a slight press out!! Also I would to say that Chelsea Kyle and Justin O'Day both School agers did well! Justin is also only a few weeks out of football and did his best total ever..

PS I am curious as to how many spectators, competitors got food poisoning besides me from the hotel food? I had a rough trip home Monday morning.. Aside from that the meet went well and was a success in my opinion!! Small Letters for Theresa M. It was nice meeting you at the meet!!
