Just a quick note to explain Cheryl's performance at the AO's.

Cheryl went to the American Open as a favor to Les Simonton, meet director, who had asked her to come for the purpose of a magazine article to get more exposure for the sport in Alabama.
I told Les she really wouldn't be doing big weights but we'd be glad to show up to support him.

I did not really want her to go to the Americans because I would have rather used the time for training and because she had already gone to the Dube in early Nov.(after the Worlds)to show respect for Joe and support Jesse's work down ther in Fl.

Add to that, some IT band problems and I really wasn't going to let her do much.
