As I mentioned in the post, this video was posted as a bit fun and a way for me to unwind and celebrate a terrific day of lifting after two straight days of working at the venue. I too use this footage for professional talks and for qualitative and qualitative analyses, and make it available to coaches, athletes and sport scientists--that is the primary purpose for investing my time, equipment and energy to get footage at national US events around the country. I want it to be a tremendous educational tool for many, not just YouTube fun.

In fact, I'll be heading to East Tennessee State two weekends to speak on use of video in weightlifting and sport science at a conference with Dr. Mike Stone, Dr. Kyle Pierce, Dr. Bill Sands, Meg Stone and a few others. Come on down and join the geeky strength coach party!
