There has been some great lifting the last two days in Birmingham! Here's a little peek at the action. Mr. Farris was quite impressive, going 5/6. Check out the link below to see his three clean and jerk attempts, and the new American record clean and jerk in the 85 kg weight class for this 20 y.o. athlete.

I hope to have more up in the next week, but in the meanwhile, have some fun with this!
