We hosted the Golden West in Nov, and have been working hard on improving the viewing we will have a couple of different camera shots and a better pic quality.

We expect to 60 plus lifters and a big strong team from the Hassle Free as well as FITBBC’s National medal winners Kate Corbin and Danielle Durante and many, many more.

Dave Corbin and I will be hosting the 2008 Golden West in Nov, and the 2009 Junior National Championships in Foster City. Will be doing this again and a lot more at the Juniors next year.
