Hey Folks,

We just finished filming and uploading around 59 variations of the snatch and the clean and jerk. These will work with the weightlifting programs that were put up a while ago, so if an athlete or coach is unaware of a certain exercise, he or she can click on it to see a video. There are a few varieties of the lifts that I still have to film, so I will let you know when there are updates. As always, everything is free for you and anyone else to use. The link is below.
