have you been in touch with Dr. Hardman? I'd love to hear what he is up to. It is amazing that he did what he did despite being in med school at the time.Could you maybe ask him a few questions for me.
Ask him if any of his 600# plus bench records were filmed and if he has such. Also ask him to give you an example of his bench routine, perhaps using his best training poundages. Also what were his personal bests in training. Thanks.
