sorry so late.

myself, I started with my warmups on my max effort day
by starting with my fore finger over the thumbnail and
lift for two weeks with that grip. Then move my forefinger
closer to the knuckle every two weeks after until my forefinger gripped my knuckle and my middle finger went over my thumbnail.
I use a double overhand grip. I was told this way would
be easier for my body to adjust to the pressure.

If anyone else has info on this, it would be cool to hear folks opinions, thoughts, knowledge, experience.
