You had a chance to qualify like everyone else. Plus you yourself said you've only done 8 meets and 1 big one. And in that one big one you bombed. Why should he pick you over someone who has been around more and accomplished more in the sport?
I agree he handled it poorly with his above post, but now you look like an even bigger baby.
