Ron, It was kind of weird, before i became an educator(algebra teacher) and football coach, all I could find was an athletic director at a prison. roy came into my office. I was training for the uspf senior nationals. He said he could tell i was a lifter. I was a full blown 300 lbs! LOL He started to tell me how he was a former mr america, etc.... I thought, yea right old man! Sure enough, he brought a old muscular development mag. I was so shocked! he has a real sickness! He had a full six pack of abs at 70+ years old! he told me story after story about bodybuilding.he used to sneak "feels" on other inmates while spotting them. They used to call him the octopus! LOL
