In 88 I done a 6 week cycle of test, deca and d-bol, my bench went from 500 to 550. Then in 90 I took a few bottles of d-bol, and didnt make any gains. I didnt do any after that untill after I benched 705 in 94. I got a lot stronger, but never got it all together in a meet. There is a lot more tom it than roids.
