It all depends on the lifter. I was only 35 pounds away from the all time bench record in 94, and was clean, at 705, so I thought if I started using, that I would crush the world record. So I started using and still never done it. Ethier you have it or you dont. All chemisty does is assist. I was stronger when I was on, but you still have to be able to get it all together.
