that post by willie is one of the best post i ever read-i printed it and hung it on the fridge.Its good to have a little fire in the gut.I hope you come back,willie, i remeber watching you bench at the arnold classic in the early 2000s and seeing you at a couple of west virginia meets that mike hill used to put on that i competed in.They always said the secret to your 700+benches was 40 beers the night before the meet!
