Thanks for posting the info Courtney. You do a great job of getting info on USPF meets out to the lifters. Thank you!

We have almost 60 lifters registered for the San Jose meet and most of them are full meet lifters which is great. Plus 12 women are lifting and all of them are full meet lifters. No disrespect to single event lifters but I think its great to see lots of lifters doing the deep knee bend instead of just the flat back push.

We have one lifter from St Louis, Mo and another from Seattle, WA.
I'm putting together a good team of lifters from Calif for Nationals in RI. See you there!
