You never know who's coming to a local meet.

I just ran my 29th Power Day Bench Press and Deadlift meet.

I only offer an open division or an age division and everybody lifts Raw.

Had 40 registered bencher and 8 registered for the Open 242# class...........one didn't make weight and went to 275 and we wound up with 7 competitors in the open 242#.

Not bad competition for a local meet and all of them did not take home an award.
