WABDL Mid Atlantic Invite July 12th

Hey Everyone, I just wanted to inform you of a WABDL power lifting meet on July 12th 2008, to be held in Virginia. The meet will be held in central Virginia on the campus of Liberty University. Everyone is welcome, and there will be some big lifters there and some great trophies will be given out to our top competitors.
