Les,

I looked into what it took to become a USAW National Referee, and one of the requirements is two years experience as a LWC Referee . . . . So I'm not going to be of much help in the short term . . . . :-\

I think that OK Weightlifting is having an OL meet (Southwest Regionals, or something like that) some time in July, so I'm kinda sorta training for that . . . .

I've gone back to absolute basics on my OL . . . I mean, like TOTAL beginner stuff . . . If I'm gonna make any progress, it will have to be with technique and flexibility. . . . I have my heart set on the 2010 Pan American Games, so I'm taking the long view here. . . .

So, I'll probably see you in July . . . :-)

Train safe, and get rid of that cancer chit !!!!!
