I'm a tall lifter as well (6'4") and I definitely have a problem "rounding over" and getting out on my toes . . .

What I am doing to correct that is to practice coming up out of the hole by looking up as high as I can, and coming up "head first." . . . .

I also so a lot of "front" squats, looking up as high as I can . ., .
