I spotted Lorraine Costanzo at the '88 Nationals in Austin where she squatted just over 600 easily.
Since then, I've witness Becca Swanson blow that away by at least 50 pounds; more than that in the videos I've seen.
Tell your training partner to hit it hard. Pretty motivating to see a woman hit that type of weight: easily.
