Congratulations to everyone that lifted at the meet. That was the coolest venue I was ever at. Garry did a great job organizing and running it. He had the greatest spotter/loaders that saved a bunch of guys. NO DROPPED BARS either... I ended up with a 396 bench, and just missed a fourth attempt WR with 440 plus chips. Can someone please tie my arms together so I don't flare at the top. Any suggestions??? I also want to thank Mark Harris for staying at the meet and helping me.. I trained with Mark for a few years, and he is a great coach... I would not have had a good meet without him putting on the shirt and giving me confidence...
