I know I have a case against USCIS to sue for my 1500 dollars in actualy damages but I am wondering if I can sue for a violation of my civil rights. I bet a 50 million dollar law suit might raise some eyebrows then. At this point, I want this out of control situation to be heard for the benefit of all Americans indluding U.S. Serviceman serving overseas. Remember, they must go throught the same bullshit I am going through. I don't want any money, I really want the people in charge to get fired for all the bullshit redtape us hard working americans must go through. It really shouldn't be this difficult.
