Should you even drug test?

If you aren't going to test everyone. I know that most organizations say that they test 10% but one org is now bragging about there testing when they stated that they test between 2-3.5% of lifters. If you are only going to test a mere minute fraction, what is the point? Hell, throw away the test and make better meets! BTW, 3 tests in a meet of 70 lifters is a joke! Let's face it; this is a sport where bigger and better is the paradigm and it does stand to reason that some will do what they think that it will take to be bigger and better. Just my 2 cents.
