In Response To: Anyone had dogs with ACL tear? (Jamie Emberley)

Hey Jamie,
There is a small dog (maybe 20lb) in the agility class that I take my dog to. He has had the old fashion method done on both hind legs. He gets around all right for short periods of time, but after a 30 minutes or so he needs a break. You can see his legs starting to get weaker as he spends more time going through the course. It is a beginner course with basic tunnels, a ramp or two, some tight turns, and some pole weaving. Not too tough physically for the other dogs, even my pug, but this guy with the repaired legs does seem to burn out a little easier.
