Frank , I wish there was something I could do to help. THe laws of our country are meant to keep people out that are threat to our nations security or that can't contribute to our nation in a postive way, but it seem some people forget that our country is a land of immigrants. The things I see everyday would shock most Americans. When I worked on the southern border we had people from other countries purposely getting caught, knowing they would be granted an order of recog. or would post a bond and be free to fight their case. I have witnessed true scum of the earth be paroled in for various purposes. I realize that in your case you were given incorrect information and as a result your wife has violated a minor rule, but at somepoint we need to just do the right thing. In your case you have done everything by the book. Yes you picked a bride from annother country which is your right. THis situation is ridiculous. A US citizen marries a women from Finland and now due to a techanicality you are supposed to live apart for who knows how long. Last I checked , female Finish powerlifters weren't on the terrorist watch list. Good luck Frank!
