the stuff he was talking about is over the counter stuff they sell at the store..
But really man before u go looking for a magic pill and dump your money into all that stuff u should make sure your diet and lifting are in check.. If you got that stuff down and still cant gain then throw some stuff in..
like weight gainers, creatine and so on..
but becareful with pro hormones.. as some of them have all the sides of roids but with little positive effects
