I've used a Metal Pro double that has a few tweaks on it (super scoop neck, grid-stitched chest plate, extra denim in the chest plate). It's a cool combo of stopping power and pop. I wasn't really wild about the double denim that I have, I didn't get too much out of it(plus it was a size too big), so I would say I prefer poly to denim.

For my next shirt (when money isn't too tight), I'm trying to decide between a double Rage X or a Double Katana.I've heard that Metal shirts can be hit or miss, plus the increasing price is shying me away (damn decreasing dollar). You can't really go wrong with either, they're really good shirts.

I also prefer velcro to open back because I feel as if the shirt is on me better. Hope it helps.
