charley horse in stomach, calves, and hamstring

For some reason at night, I'm experiencing charley horses in my calves and hamstrings...If I move a certain way, I feel the left side of my stomach tightening (hernia or charley horse?) What does a stomach hernia feel like..It only hurts when I tighten up in my abdomen? I'm supposed to lift heavy tonight...
