In Response To: No Way Mendy weighed under 330 (Kevin Tatum)

A lot of guys are using it to make weight. I personally know a lifter who last week, the night before the weigh-in and having just had a huge barbecue dinner, decided to lift at a lower weight class. So, he took a couple of Lasix tabs at 10:00 p.m. and dropped 11 pounds by the 10:00 a.m. weigh-in. It might not be the healthiest thing to do but it works.
