The Olympic record lifts I happen to see were in the Masters age groups, so age/weight class would apply . . . . They were done by an individuals who were 68 and 75 years old, so these gentlemen will probably not be going to China. . . .

I also saw a Junior snatch 137k . . (not sure what he jerked), so this might have been a Junior World Record, but I'm not sure. . . .

Unfortunately, no National or International judges were on hand, and the barbell didn't appear to be "certified," so these lifts will have to remain unofficial. . . .
