Mike Cain wins wrestling nationals

Former powerlifting champion Mike Cain recently won the triple crown in wrestling. He lost weight from 350 lbs to 285 this past year and won 3 weeks ago the national folkstyle in Iowa. This week he won another two national titles in freestyle and Greco-Roman in the Veterans Group D and finished undefeated for the season. Mike is Possibly thinking returning to powerlifting at the 275 class, but he might also be too busy preparing for the worlds in wrestling next year. Thanks to all the lifters who supported him.
