Attention lifters in PA, MD, and DE

Just putting the word out that we are looking for new members. We currently have about 12 members and are looking to expand. We have a 2 bay garage located in Rising Sun, MD. The gym is about an hour drive from Philly and Baltimore. We currently have 4 members that were in the top 10 of their respected weight class in 2007 and 2 in the all time top 10 of their respected weight class. We also have 7 members that have their elite. When it comes to equipment we have a mono, comp bench, band platform, dbs, reverse hyper, 45 hyper, chest supported row, lat pulldown, plates, bands, chains, all kinds of bars, etc, etc. It is a key club with membership dues, not expensive at all, and we are not open to the general public. We train to compete and mainly compete in the IPA or APF. If you are a hard worker and are interested in joining please shoot me a pm or email mjwilson@zoominternet.net
