Well, been a lot of rehab since 2005. So the lifting hasn't been that good, instead I've focused on training some young lifters and bringing more people into the sport (we will be around 15 people from the club competing in may). But lately my bench have been starting to feel better, so maybe the goal of a 440lbs bench in 220 lbs class in IPF will be possible in a years time.
