what if let say Tiger Wood's sposnor (meaning Titleist) was to sponsor a golf championshop and they said ok, you can all compete for prize money but you can only use our clubs. What's the point of that since many golfers haven't been using those clubs. But this isn't what I am talking about.

I work for Draeger Medical. I teach and sell Adult and Neonatal Ventilators. Each year I sponsor the Louisiana State Resp Convention by way of a Crawfish Boil and live music on the Saturday night. It cost me at least 5K. My competition meaning Marquet is also a sponsor. They donate money to the orginization to sponsor the quizz bowl. All money's go to the orginization which helps the profession. Do you think it is good business for me to tell the LSRC I won't sponsor the Boil as long as Marquet is allowed to have a booth at the show. Do you call that good buisness because I don't.

Who said having two sponsors or even more selling similar products at the same venue is bad. It's only bad for the lifters because now they loose out on competitive priceing. It is my believe, it should be allowed that anybody can be a sponsor and purchase a booth to sell product as long as the cost of the booth goes back to the sport. I mean isn't that what it is all about..... giving back to the lifters..... or is it about MONEY................
