The Q Bar is an American made powerbar. It was designed and made by powerlifters for powerlifting. It is IPF approved and is being made for Quest Nutrition & Athletics. The bar is 2.2 meters in length. It is a 28.5mm diameter bar and weighs 20kg. The rings are a (mostly industry standard) 81cm. The bushings are cast bronze for smoothe rotation. The sleeves are also cut thinner where the plates sit against. This enables more room for plates and spotting (over 2" more than most standard bars).

We have extended the center knurling out 150mm (standard is usually 100-120mm) and is cut coarser for better gripping on your back during squats.

We have had several lifters comment that the Q Bar has been their favorite "all-around" bar that they have ever used.

Brian Siders has commented that he loves the Q Bar because he does not have to change bars from exercise to exercise. A great all-around bar for every lift.
