Mike...thank you for responding.....couple of questions

what are the dimensions of the bar...and where are the power rings.
what is the metalurgy of the bar....
what bearing surfaces allow the sleeves to spin..??
also...who makes it...???

I guess I should have said...what are the Technical specs for the bar...???
