let me guess, because he is a child molester, sore loser, drug addict, cheats on his taxes and steals from the collection plate.
I don't care when he was tested or even if he was tested. If the pro sports rule was all winners were to be tested then they should have been tested.
Tucker had been a die hard nasa lifter for 10 years. While it's true that I don't know him in that 10 years I never heard anything bad about him. he has won many nasa year end awards. Supposedly that would mean he is a person of high quality. But then again I won just about every year end award nasa had to offer and Prick Peters decided to take those away after I left nasa.
What really makes me wonder is if all these people are winning all those year end awards and then they are labeled trouble makers, child molester, sore losers and having un sportsman like conduct, then who the hell is picking their names for awards? Now instead of thinking that everyone else that won a year end award deserved it or earned it, now I have to wonder what is wrong with them?
