If you are clean....Why worry if you are tested or not? What is the big deal? Take it as a compliment. If you have nothing to hide...Piss in the cup and get on with your day. This way, when a drug tested lifter hits huge numbers, then it is verified by a clean test. I like the idea of targeting. This will keep your federation as clean as possible.
